इस प्रतिमा को पूरा करने के लिए करीब 300 इंजीनियरों और 3000 श्रमिकों ने करीब साढ़े तीन साल तक काम किया।
स्टैच्यू ऑफ यूनिटी के अंदर एक 3-सितारा आवास सुविधा, एक स्मारक उद्यान और एक भव्य संग्रहालय है।
इसका निर्माण भारतीय कंपनी लार्सन एंड टुब्रो ने किया है।
स्टैच्यू ऑफ यूनिटी को बनाने में करीब 2989 करोड़ रुपये की लागत आई थी।

The Statue of Unity is the tallest statue in the world, with a height of 182 meters.
It was designed by Indian sculptor Ram V. Sutar.
It was inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, on 31 October 2018, the 143rd anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birth.
This statue was built in memory of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
The Statue of Unity is one of the most famous statues in the world.
Four high-speed lifts have been installed inside the Statue. Each lift can carry 26 people to the top in just over 30 seconds.
About 300 engineers and 3000 workers worked for about three and a half years to complete this statue.
Inside the Statue of Unity are a 3-star lodging facility, a memorial garden and a grand museum.
It is constructed by the Indian company Larsen & Toubro.
The cost of making the Statue of Unity was about Rs 2989 crore.
The construction of the Statue of Unity began in October 2013.
