Rani Durgavati was a valiant queen during the 16th century. 

She was the ruling Queen of Gondwana.  

Rani Durgavati was born on 5 October 1524 in Kalinjar, Uttar Pradesh.  

She ruled Gondwana from 1550 until 1564. 

Rani Durgavati was known for her bravery. 

She fiercely defended her kingdom against various invasions, particularly by the Mughal emperor Akbar.

She was married to Dalpat Shah.  

Dalpat Shah died in 1550.

After the death of her husband, Durgavati took over the reins of the Gondwana kingdom.  

Rani Durgavati’s reign is remembered for her efforts in maintaining the independence and sovereignty of her kingdom.

She became a symbol of resistance and female empowerment. 

Rani Durgavati’s ultimate sacrifice came during the Battle of Narrai, where she fought courageously until her last breath.

She is a role model for women.
